Milk - 1 cup Coconut (shelled and grated) - 1 Green cardamom - 2-3 Ghee - 2 tbsp Sugar - 2 cups

In a large pan, bring the milk and oil to a boil. Stir in the sugar and add the grated coconut and cardamom, stirring constantly for 6-8 minutes, until the coconut becomes thick and glazed and then remove from the heat.
